Ericka Alford

Ericka Alford is a leading attorney and advisor with expertise in corporate governance, financing, securities and mergers and acquisitions. Currently, Ericka is the general counsel of Club Sports Group, an operator of leading fitness brands. She is the former deputy general counsel of Warnaco Inc. and Iconix Brand Group, Inc. She has also served as a consultant to Axiom and American Express. Prior to this Ericka practiced law at Davis Polk & Wardwell and clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Ericka received her BA from Yale University and her JD from Harvard Law School. She is an active volunteer at the Trinity School in New York City, where she serves on the school’s Anti-Racism Task Force and as an admissions tour guide. Ericka lives in New York with her husband and young son.
